UAM as conference organizer plans to support a maximum of 10 student grants covering accomodation and meals cost for the 10 day stay corresponding to workshop and conference, as well as waiving of the conference fee. This support is partly funded thanks to a cooperation with IAEA.

The IAEA will provide the Universidad Autdnoma de Madrid with a lump sum of €4000 to be used exclusively for travel support (travel expenses and living expenses, including incidentals, connected with the event) for participants from IAEA Member States eligible to receive technical assistance under the IAEA’s technical cooperation programme. Preference should be given to participants who are expected to make an important contribution to the event, and such assistance should be limited to normally one participant per country.
