Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference are requested to contact the registration secretariat at icnmta2024madrid@cevents.es.
The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the above mentioned early bird or regular deadlines, it will not be considered as early or regular registration if the payment has not been received.
To be eligible for the student registration fee, documentary evidence of their delegate status such as official transcript or copy of student ID card must be sent.
Physical Participation Registration fees include All scientific sessions, welcome reception, excursion, gala dinner, and daily lunch/coffee breaks.

Cancellation Policy - Registration

Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing by the ICNMTA 2024 Registration Secretariat (Cevents) at +34 960 91 45 45, or via e-mail to icnmta2024madrid@cevents.es.

Cancellations received before or on May 30, 2024 will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid minus a 25% administrative fee.

Cancellations of registrations received after May 31 will not be entitled to a refund.

Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of ICNMTA 2024, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
